The Drumming Magnate and central figure for Zildjian likes his red wine big. "Argentinian Malbec, Big California Zin's, you name it". Now the question becomes, how do u store these big wines in the Puerto Rican tropical climate.

fridges are the wineracks de rigueur in puerto rico.

mr. toro plays the cajon like a syrah. dark, endless layers unfolding with a lot of spice on top and through to the thick, thoughtful hints of fruit, smokiness and tart tannin.
