My name is Ian Hudson and I am a 23 year old aspiring winemaker from scenic Hollister, California. I learned how to make wine at Fresno State through their world renown enology program. I completed an internship at Scheid Vineyards in Monterey County in 2005. Currently I am having a blast working along side Dan Kleck and Denise Valoff. I am currently enrolled at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and will be graduating this summer with a degree in agriculture science, a concentration in wine and vit, and a minor in agriculture communication. When I am not at school or pursuing my dream to become every bodies favorite winemaker I'm on the golf course with some friends.
